At Pro-Fil, we manufacture advanced aluminum fire doors that are a crucial element of safety in modern construction. Our systems are tailored to meet individual design requirements and strict building regulations. We offer doors in various configurations:

Class E30

The doors maintain full tightness for a minimum of 30. They serve as an effective barrier – preventing flames and hot gases from passing through to the safe side, protecting evacuation routes.

Class E60

In addition to flame blocking (E), these doors also provide thermal insulation (I). This means that for 30 or 60 minutes, they drastically limit the temperature rise on the non-fire side, allowing for safe evacuation.

Class E90

The highest class for objects with elevated security requirements. Guarantees up to 90 minutes of complete airtightness and insulation. Solution available upon request (depending on the chosen system and project specifics).

Innovative fire-resistant glass technology

Our fire protection doors are equipped with specialized glazing. In normal conditions, fire-resistant glass looks and allows light to pass through just like standard glass.

Its secret lies in its construction: it consists of several layers of tempered glass, with a clear layer of a special fire-resistant gel placed between them.

During a fire (under high temperatures):

The gel rapidly expands and changes its structure.
It becomes a solid, opaque coating.
It creates a strong barrier that stops flames, hot gases, and drastically reduces heat transfer to the other side.
